About BestRIACompliance.com
An independent research directory created by Max Braglia to give registered investment advisers a clearer starting point for evaluating compliance firms.
A clearer place to start
Choosing a compliance partner is a consequential decision for a registered investment adviser, but provider information is often fragmented, difficult to compare, or out of date. BestRIACompliance.com was created to give RIAs a current, useful place to begin that research.
The directory organizes independently researched information so advisers can understand what firms offer, who they may suit, and what to clarify before making contact. It does not sell rankings or claim to have tested or endorsed the firms it covers. The full review process is explained on the Methodology & Buyer’s Guide.
Built by Max Braglia
I’m Max Braglia, a digital marketing operator with more than 15 years of experience building and growing businesses online and, in recent years, a particular focus on marketing for regulated financial firms and registered investment advisers.
As a founder and director of digital marketing, I work with advisory firms on the parts of marketing many agencies avoid because they are genuinely difficult: SEO, AI search, paid media, and brand—executed within a heavily regulated industry where the SEC Marketing Rule, recordkeeping requirements, and disclosure obligations shape what a firm can and cannot say. Marketing for RIAs is different, and doing it well means working where growth and compliance meet.
That is the vantage point behind this directory. My work keeps me close to the regulatory questions, vendor landscape, and “who should we actually call?” conversations that advisory firms encounter. Building an independent, well-organized resource for that decision was a natural extension of the work.
I’m a marketing operator, not a compliance attorney or regulatory adviser. This directory is a research resource, not legal or regulatory advice. Its role is to help an RIA build a shortlist and ask better questions; decisions about a specific compliance program belong with qualified compliance and legal professionals.
How independence works here
- Listings and profiles are based on independent editorial research. Firms do not pay for inclusion and do not review or approve their profiles.
- Any future sponsored visibility will be clearly labeled and will not change the directory’s editorial standards or conclusions.
- The site uses Google Analytics for basic traffic measurement, but has no forms, accounts, advertising, or lead capture. The details are on the Privacy page.
Keep making the directory more useful
The next phase is keeping firm information current, publishing practical plain-English resources, expanding coverage when the evidence supports it, and improving the tools advisers use to compare providers. The goal is simple: makeBestRIACompliance.com the most useful independent starting point for an RIA researching compliance support.
